CRAI’s customers can now count on an innovative, efficient and advanced production service. The “OneLaser” system for shells and ear molds provides benefit to everybody, from the end customer to the hearing healthcare professional, and therefore it represents a priority for CRAI.
As the requests for this production method increased, there have been important new investments in order to offer maximum effectiveness, proper comfort and full satisfaction to the people with hearing loss. |

First of all, we scan the impression using an extremely accurate optical scan system. The scanner creates the 3D digital copy of the patient’s ear impression in a few minutes, while the laser guarantees absolute precision and fidelity to the real impression. This means less feedback, higher quality and durability, better vent thanks to the optimization of the shapes and spaces, so that occlusion is reduced to the minimum, and most of all the number of remakes dramatically decreases.

Easy to use
The one-button software is easy to learn and can be used also by non-expert users. CRAI offers a fast training, that can take place at the fitter’s shop.
Accuracy – immediacy
The digital impressions, saved in a compressed format, are then transferred directly to the CRAI’s server via ftp (file transfer protocol), so that you can conveniently save time and money (no need for papers or couriers). Every day, CRAI receives the digital impressions from all Italy, and not only. There are “Onelaser” orders arriving from Poland, Norway, Spain… and the CRAI lab people are bringing every day their long manual experience to the new 3D technology, offering a greater value and quality.
