CROS/BiCROS accessories provide alternatives for fitting your clients with asymmetrical hearing: clients that have significantly better hearing in one ear compared to the other ear. The CROS/BiCROS option is available on all Unitron Hearing digital BTE hearing instruments, but will function only when the hearing aid is set to omnidirectional mode.
